Denial codes are used to track business that does not materialize, whether you do not take the reservation or the guest does not want to stay at your property. Denied Business can take many forms.
Denial Codes are short, simple (usually one syllable) identifiers to the reasons a guest or group might find their business denied. Some examples might include CHAN for changed mind, or NO MON for no money/bad credit. These codes should indicate clearly to your staff the reason why the business has been denied and are specific to your Property.
